Overview

Yazmade SARL AU (“Yazmade,” “we,” or “us”) operates this website. This is a simple site with no user accounts, no backend, and no database — we keep data collection to a minimum and only use what you choose to share with us by email.

Information we collect

We do not use analytics or tracking, and we do not sell personal information.

• If you email us: the site links to our email address (it has no contact form or backend). If you write to us, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message in our inbox.
• Collected automatically: like all websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type in temporary server logs, for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

How we use it

We use anything you email us solely to reply to you and communicate about your enquiry. We do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. We rely on two service providers: our website host (Vercel Inc.) and our email provider (Google Workspace). Both are based outside Morocco, including in the United States, so some data may be processed internationally. We share data only as needed to operate, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to address your request and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under Moroccan data-protection law (Law 09-08), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to its use. To make a request, email us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).
